Digital Operations Coordinator
<p>WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR The Digital Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations and project coordination of the Academy’s core digital products: Grammy.com and affiliated websites, the GRAMMY One mobile app, and the Salesforce-based member portal. You will serve as the central coordination point across internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring that projects stay on track, vendors are aligned, and the Digital Experience team can focus on strategy and product development. In this hands-on execution and coordination role, you will function as an embedded project manager for the digital team, managing workflows, tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholder approvals, and handling operational tasks including web publishing, QA, and asset management. You will serve as the first line of defense for digital requests from across the organization and affiliated entities, triaging and resolving requests before escalating to the Director. You will partner closely with the Academy’s web development agency, mobile app partner, and CRM consultant, as well as internal teams across Marketing, Membership, and Business Intelligence. You are highly organized, comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and effective at working across departments in a matrixed organization. Senior Applications Administrator
<p>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Senior Applications Administrator is a hands-on technical role responsible for the administration, configuration, licensing, and day-to-day support of the organization’s portfolio of SaaS applications outside of foundational systems such as Salesforce and Workday. As a member of the Information Technology team, you will serve as the primary technical owner for tools including (but not limited to) Canto, Swoogo, Airtable, and Slack, ensuring these platforms are secure, well-integrated, and aligned with business needs. Partnering closely with stakeholders across the Recording Academy and its affiliates, you will onboard users, manage access and licensing, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendors, and optimize application usage. Unlike system-specific administrators (e.g., Salesforce or Workday), you will own multiple applications and focus on scalable administration (security maintenance, business process configuration, reporting, and feature releases), vendor management, and operational excellence across the broader application ecosystem. As a quick technical and functional learner of new software applications, you will work with a sense of urgency while remaining collaborative and service oriented. <p>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Administrative Assistant, Admin Corps is part of a team that performs administrative duties and project coordination for the Membership & Industry Relations and Awards departments. This team pivots between the two departments on a scheduled basis throughout the year. The Administrative Assistant produces high quality, low error work and maintains the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. You are able to maintain your composure in high-stress, complex situations and have excellent decision-making skills. You are a clear communicator with a great demeanor and phone etiquette skills. You are able to be patient with challenging callers as well as with internal and external stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL DO Membership & Industry Relations: Research, analyze, and write non-biased career summaries for submissions; Data entry in TRAMM database; Ensure member confidentiality.
