Who This Is For You: • Teach one or more of the following instruments: guitar, piano, violin, fiddle, banjo, mandolin, voice and have 5+ years of real teaching experience • Are exceptionally strong on your instrument • Prepare for every lesson • Run structured, full-length sessions with intention • Know how to manage a room (especially kids ages 5–12) • Communicate confidently with parents • Show up early and contribute to team culture • Welcome observation and feedback • Take ownership when something isn't working You understand that talent alone is not enough.
