<p>WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR The Assistant Manager will play an integral role in supporting and executing MusiCares’ Preventive Health & Wellness program delivery. Guided by the Managing Director, you will support the growth and sustainability of comprehensive preventive care services addressing the needs of music pros across physical health, mental health and financial health. You will also be responsible for operational, client-focused and administrative team support. WHAT YOU’LL DO Support the Managing Director to refine and expand MusiCares’ comprehensive suite of preventive care services based on data-driven needs. Provide key support to ensure high-quality operations including provider engagement, efficient and timely connection with clients and fiscally responsible clinic management. Coordinate ongoing communications between providers and the Preventive Health & Wellness team. Monitor registrations, participation and provider feedback to support continuous improvement. Leverage knowledge of the intersection of physical, financial and mental health to inform the development of a preventive care package that is adaptable based on the unique needs of the music industry. Collaborate with the Networked Care team to ensure providers offer relevant and topical services based on Wellness in Music data and clinic/program feedback. <p>WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Artist Agreements & Clearances Manager is a cross-company role responsible for securing and managing artist agreements, releases, and content clearances in support of production and distribution across the Recording Academy and its affiliates. In this position, you will be a key liaison between internal stakeholders, artists, managers, labels, publishers, and legal teams, supporting events, series, exhibits, GRAMMY Studios programming, and expanding organizational objectives. You are a detail-oriented professional with a genuine passion for music and the music industry. You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships, can balance creative needs with legal and company requirements, and are calm under pressure. You have a collaborative spirit and service mentality. WHAT YOU'LL DO Artist Releases & Agreements Draft, negotiate, execute, and manage artist agreements and releases across all Recording Academy and affiliate productions, ensuring timely execution for live and pre-recorded content. Maintain organized records of all agreements, including rights granted, restrictions, and obligations. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure content usage plans and artist negotiations are accurately reflected in contractual terms. Sync and Misc. Clearances Secure synchronization rights and related clearances for music and content use across all Recording Academy and affiliate platforms.
