THE JOB The Tour Booking Coordinator will support the global touring booking team which is responsible for booking and executing tours on a global scale. 80% of the tours the team works on are with Latin artists, so we are looking for Spanish language and cultural fluency in candidates for this role. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Assist in administration for tours of all sizes. Gather and manage calendar avails and holds. Organization of the Tour Routing file Complete and distribute tour files like confirmations, contacts, and tech packs, with guidance Manage tour files to ensure all essential documents are being properly archived.
