Catalog Efficiency Coordinator

How We Lead: The Catalog Efficiency Coordinator ensures client catalogs move accurately and efficiently through Songtrust’s publishing systems. This role identifies catalog bottlenecks, resolves metadata or system issues, and collaborates across teams to maintain transparency and accuracy throughout Songtrust’s catalog workflows. How You'll Create: Monitor and review new and existing Users, Songwriters, and Songs to identify where catalogs may be stalled between systems. Identify and follow up on clients failing the Letter of Direction (LOD) process to ensure completion of songwriter information. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to report and help resolve recurring system malfunctions, automation errors, or data inconsistencies. Review weekly Music Maestro automation errors and coordinate with internal teams to resolve failed song processing. Analyze terminated accounts where works remain active to ensure proper catalog cleanup and reconciliation. Conduct periodic reviews to identify and address duplicate works, claims, and client records across systems. Monitor and investigate RMP ETL errors, ensuring songs successfully process for delivery.
