How We LEAD: As a Senior Project Manager, PIC (People, Inclusion & Culture), within the Strategy, Insights & Planning (SIP) Team, you will operate at the intersection of people analytics, program leadership, and strategic execution. You will own and drive complex, cross-functional PIC initiatives, translating data into business insights while ensuring disciplined project execution across multiple global workstreams. You will serve as a trusted partner to senior HR and business leaders, enabling data-driven decisions that shape workforce strategy, talent outcomes, and organizational effectiveness. How You'll CREATE: Program & Project Leadership Lead end-to-end execution of complex, global PIC programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risk across multiple workstreams. Establish program governance, including milestones, reporting cadences, and executive updates. Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Finance, Technology, Sustainability, and many other internal functions), ensuring coordinated delivery and prioritization.
