THE JOB The Seasonal Booking Assistant will play a key support role for the Indianapolis Talent Buying Team. This position is integral to the successful booking and execution of live events, helping to manage the day-to-day logistics and key details that bring shows from the initial offer through settlement. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Provide day-to-day support to Talent Buyers on the Indianapolis booking team Maintain detailed trackers to monitor active offers, holds, and deal progression Process venue contracts, artist contracts, co-promote agreements, and COIs for the assigned Indianapolis team’s booking events Monitor Contracts Tracker to ensure timeliness of responsible deadlines Review offers from the Live Nation Touring office...
