How we LEAD: We are currently seeking a Manager, Fan Engagement (Mexican Music) on our team. The Manager will be responsible for providing qualitative fan insights of an artist ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, community engagement, and content creation tailored to the unique culture of mexican music fans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and growing fan or genre accounts with significant followings and engagement. You will focus on building sustainable fan growth, deepening fan relationships, and creating connected digital ecosystems that support our artists and projects. How you’ll CREATE: Fan Sentiment Monitoring and Social Listening: To be able to track conversations on social media towards artists on the genre on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and translate them into actionable strategies for fan engagement. Genre culture Engagement and fan network building: Build and maintain relations with Mexican music fans, and drive collections of artists, memes, and short-form subcultures for engagement and fostering community.
