Manager, Digital Rights Administration

How we LEAD: We are seeking a Manager to work in our Digital Rights Administration team. The ideal candidate will manage assets and claims across key platforms, and action daily requests, across operations teams, labels and global partners. The candidate in this new role will need to develop an understanding of UMG’s internal systems to support label needs and requests and help lead design and implementation special projects. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about rights management and maintaining organized records, enjoys learning how systems work, meticulous eyes for written detail and keen ears for music, operational puzzling and troubleshooting, processing claims, and utilizing critical thinking skills to identify potential problems. How you'll CREATE: Manage and support senior management’s emerging markets strategy Manage policy schedules for all content associated with this strategy Process disputed claims on all UGC platforms Escalate appealed claims to legal on all UGC Platforms Manage and support new UGC platform launches and changes in DSP partnerships Review channels and claims made from YouTube channels linked to UMG’s network in support of AMEA driven strategies.
