How we LEAD: Capitol Christian Music Group is seeking a strategic, commercially minded music business professional to drive catalog growth and deepen relationships with artists, managers, and distribution partners. Sitting at the intersection of Commercial and Marketing, this role will be responsible for maximizing the value of CCMG’s catalog assets while serving as a trusted partner to artists and external stakeholders. This role combines catalog expertise, marketing strategy, project management, and business development. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of music catalog monetization, a strong professional presence, and the ability to articulate why CCMG is uniquely positioned to steward, market, and grow an artist’s catalog better than anyone else in the industry. Working across Commercial, Distribution Partners, Marketing, A&R, Audience Development, and Creative teams, this role will develop catalog growth strategies that drive streaming, consumption, fan engagement, and long-term revenue.
