How you’ll CREATE: UMG is currently seeking a person to fill the role of Royalty Process Innovation Group Manager for the UMG Royalties & Copyright Department. The Royalty Process Innovation Group Manager is responsible for driving process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement across royalty data workflows. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, maintain, and govern automated solutions that support accurate reporting, compliance, and month-end operations. The position plays a key role in innovation, audit readiness, and operational stability within the royalty ecosystem. In this role, the Manager will have the following responsibilities: Process Improvement & Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated solutions to streamline royalty data workflows and reporting processes. Develop and modify RDW queries to support operational and analytical needs. Build and enhance Power Automate flows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. Create and maintain Power Query transformations and Power BI visualizations.
