How we LEAD: We are seeking an experienced Catalog Marketing Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution for catalog artists and repertoire for our Distributed Labels. This person will serve as a central driver of catalog initiatives—developing long-term strategic marketing plans, and creating innovative moments that maximize visibility, consumption, and cultural relevance for catalog artists and brands. This role requires a deeply strategic and highly organized marketer who understands catalog lifecycle strategy, playlist strategy, physical production setup and management, audience development, and digital culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, trend-aware, and able to manage large volumes of information, deadlines, and creative ideation while keeping all cross-functional teams tightly aligned. How You’ll CREATE: Catalog Strategy & Execution Develop and execute comprehensive catalog marketing strategies for priority artists and releases across the Partner Labels' catalog.
