How You'll Lead: The Director, Revenue works across UMG’s physical business—driving revenue, margin, and execution across all labels, partners, and retail channels. This role is integral in helping to determine the physical release strategy and ensures delivery, with full accountability for how physical product is planned, produced, distributed, and sold. How You'll Create: Own the Business Lead/integral part of physical revenue strategy across all formats, configurations, and accounts. Set the standard for product, pricing, and release execution across the company. Identify and unlock revenue opportunities across core and non-traditional channels. Drive Forecasting & Investment Discipline Own demand forecasts, manufacturing decisions, and inventory risk. Manage P&Ls across all physical configurations. Align inventory investment with commercial priorities, marketing moments, and sales expectations.
