Director, Global Data and Analytics

How we LEAD: The Director, Global Data and Analytics will report directly into the EVP, Global Data and Analytics, and will support REPUBLIC Collective in implementing analytics strategy across A&R and Marketing by designing and developing innovative, highly adopted data-driven solutions (tools and applications) to solve critical business problems. How you’ll CREATE: Connect business strategy to research insights and translate them into impeccable design solutions, delivering products with mass adoption and daily engagement across all key areas of REPUBLIC Collective and our artist partners. Serve as an embed for all data-related questions and actions across the label group to generate maximum ROI with minimum turnaround time to implementation. Alongside existing engineering teams, iterate on innovative and bespoke product features that solve the most important and commercially impactful problems for the business which are easy-to-use, driving mass-adoption amongst marketing and A&R teams, and artist management partners.
