How We LEAD Capitol Christian Music Group is seeking a Director, Data & Insights who will leverage analytics across market trends, audience data, and revenue performance to generate actionable insights that inform strategy and optimize business performance for the label. This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Senior Leadership, and Artist teams. This position sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and storytelling - turning signals from streaming, digital platforms, social media, and audience behavior into impactful artist and business insights that drive decision-making across the organization. How You’ll CREATE Define and prioritize the analytics roadmap in alignment with label and artist strategy. Translate complex datasets across DSPs, social platforms, audience engagement channels, and market trends into clear insights and compelling narratives for a range of audiences.
