Campaign Manager, Performance Marketing (IGA)

How we LEAD: Universal Music Group is seeking a Campaign Manager to execute and optimize always-on paid media for IGA’s frontline D2C roster. This role will report into the Global Media Team but will be deeply embedded into IGA’s operations and based out of our Santa Monica offices. This is a permanent, full-time position working in a cross-functional team of D2C & digital marketing experts. You’ll split your time across media planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, working collaboratively to refine campaign performance. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all digital advertising channels, including paid search, social, programmatic, display, video, mobile, as well as emerging media and new technology platforms. They’re experienced in building full-funnel campaigns, with a strong focus on performance marketing, and can communicate strategy effectively and simply.
